Current Yoga Class Openings:MondayAdult Yoga / All Levels 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM Wednesday Adult Yoga / All Levels 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM Thursday Senior Yoga / All Levels 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM Free to seniors over 60 years of age Monthly sessions All classes are ongoing. Pre-registration is required for all classes. One month grace period for make up classes Private lessons and speaking engagements are by appointment.
